Two ACCESSIBLE Beaches in Calpe

Levante and La Fossa Beach

Arenal-Bol Beach

More than two kilometres of beach with fine and golden sand and clear waters, splashed with small palms give and special attraction to this urban beach, one of the most crowded in Calpe. It is delimited by a bustling waterfront behind which is the town centre. In the summer season it has an adapted area with services facilitating beach access for the disabled.

 

 

 

Levante  Beach

Between the Punta de Bassetes and the Peñón de Ifach a wide bay is formed where this beach is located, one of the most bustling beaches in Calpe. With fine golden sand, it has all kind of services and facilities and in summer nights it becomes an improvised cinema. It is delimited by a well cared waterfront where restaurants, ice-cream stalls and all kind of shops follow one another. Since 2004 it has the "Q" for tourist quality.

 

                      

      

      

     

     

     

A wooden sidewalk extends into the sea. There are accessible restrooms,

showers, and changing rooms. Two brand new amphibian wheelchairs are now situated on the

ARENAL BOL Playa ( near the Baths of the Queens – Terma Romanas ).

Disabled parking. Helpful personnel are on duty to help you go in and out

the sea. In the next 4 years, more than 80 accessible beaches will be built

along the Valencia coast
